Thank you for choosing DesignCraft Academy. We value your commitment to learning and want to be transparent about our policies regarding refunds.
Digital Products and Courses
All of our products and services โ including online courses, digital lessons, downloadable resources, and membership access โ are delivered electronically. Once a course or digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, it is considered โconsumedโ and therefore non-refundable.
Course Enrollment Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you purchase a course and feel it does not deliver the promised value, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

You have not completed more than 20% of the course content, and

You submit a written request to our support team within the 7-day window.
Refund requests outside of this timeframe or after significant course completion will not be honored.
Subscription Services (if applicable)
For subscription-based products, you may cancel anytime. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods.
One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases (such as PDF guides, templates, or short standalone lessons) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
